THE GRAND TETON ROOM
The Grand Teton room is one very large room with a separate sitting area and
adjoining private full bathroom, it is located just a few steps from the
kitchen and dining area. The room has all of the features already mentioned.
The rate for the Grand Teton room is $125.00 based on double occupancy.
THE SHOSHONE GUEST ROOM
The Shoshone room is a small bedroom with Scottish décor. It has an antique full
sized bed and dresser. This room is on the same level as the Grand Teton room
and it does not have a private bathroom, therefore it must share the same
bathroom as the Grand Teton room. This room would be a good choice if traveling
with close friends or family. The Shoshone guest room is only available as a
“add on” to the Grand Teton room. This room has the same best quality features
as our other rooms. There is a flat rate for the Shoshone room of $65.00,
regardless of occupancy.
GUEST STABLES
We have two guest stables available each consists of a building with two
lockable 12’ x 12’ stalls and a shaded area. The corrals are nearly 1/4thof an
acre in size and have separate gates for ease in loading and unloading. We
provide a clean corral, fresh water, and hay for your horses. Certified weed
free hay is required for use in the National Forrest and Parks, we can provide
this hay with a small handling charge. The charge for stabling horses is $10.00
per day, with discounts available for multiple horses.
Be aware that you will be required to sign a waiver regarding the use of the
pools, spa, exercise equipment, horse corrals, etc. Understand that using the
pools, spa, and exercise equipment is without a lifeguard and at your own risk.
Horses can be dangerous, therefore our insurance requires you to feed, care,
and trailer your own horses. We will provide stables, a clean corral, fresh
water, and alfalfa hay.
Reservations: We require 50% of room rate as a deposit, with
balance due upon arrival. Cancellations of less than 30 days, forfeit half of
deposit. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within two weeks
of stay. Things happen! If your dates should change, please let us know as soon
as possible. We will do everything possible to reschedule you to open dates or
make other arrangements. Phone or internet reservations will require VISA or
MasterCard payment.
Discounts: We offer a 10% discount for a stay of three or more
days of lodging. We also offer a 10 % discount for active duty, or retired
military, police, or firefighter personnel. Special rates are also available
for corporate retreats, family reunions, receptions, etc. Please inquire.
Payments: We accept Cash, Traveler’s Checks, VISA and
MasterCard. Lodging rates are subject to state sales tax and lodging tax.
