Our home is a large U shaped complex. We have a guest wing, residential wing, and a common area that connects them.

The guest wing is a split level design with our Yellowstone room ½ a flight of stairs down and our Teton & Shoshone rooms ½ a flight of stairs up. Our guest rooms are not directly above each other so there isn’t an issue with noise. Also located in the guest wing is a family/media room which has TV, guest computer with Internet, and a refrigerator with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water. We also have Wi-Fi; if you travel with a laptop it will work here. Every room in our house is individually controlled for heat. We do not have air conditioning; our region has low humidity and cool night time temperatures that make sleeping conditions ideal.
All of our guest rooms have 1 queen size bed. We feature the very best quality box springs and mattresses with an additional down mattress topper. Our beds receive rave reviews from our guests. Our bathrooms have soap, shampoo, hair dryers, and access to all the towels you need. We provide daily housekeeping and scheduled bed linen changes for our extended stay guests.

The entrance to the Yellowstone room is located ½ a flight of stairs down into the family/media room. This large room is made up of a sitting room with leather armchairs and a separate bedroom with full private bath. The bedroom has a log queen size bed. The daily room rate for this room is $125.00.

The Teton room is located on the upper level of the guest wing, ½ a flight of stairs up from the kitchen/dining area. This is also a large room equal to the size of our Yellowstone room. This room has a log queen size bed, separate sitting area with leather armchairs, and full private bath. The daily room rate for this room is $125.00.

We know that our guests prefer to have private bathrooms and our Yellowstone and Teton rooms are our primary accommodations. Our Shoshone room is located next to the Teton room and it does not have a bathroom. This room is normal size and has a queen size bed. There are occasions when small families or good friends traveling together don’t mind sharing a bathroom. There are 2 doors to access the bathroom, 1 inside the Teton room and another in the hallway just across from the Shoshone room. We furnish nice bathrobes for the guests in the Shoshone room so they feel comfortable walking across the short hallway. The Shoshone room is never available except as a package with the Teton room, and if you book our Teton room you can be assured that you will never be sharing the bathroom with strangers. We have had many guests who have chosen this package and it has worked out well. The daily room rate for the Teton and Shoshone room package is $190.00.

Our common area is a huge open floor plan space, only the rock fireplace in the greatroom separates this area. This space includes the front door entrance, kitchen, dining area, and great room with fireplace, library, TV, and bar. Our guests are welcome to use the bar and it has a refrigerator stocked with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water. Guests may bring their own beverages and we can furnish glassware, ice, and some mixes. There is also room to store your snacks. We have a large Western related library that you are welcome to peruse.

Breakfast is served between 7 -8 AM and we are flexible to our guests’ schedule. Your host is a professional chef. We serve a large, made from scratch breakfast and feature our own handmade bacon, sausage, and ham products. We feature seasonal fresh fruit and bake nearly every day. Many of our guests tell us that they skip lunch. Our menu changes daily.

Room rates are subject to a 4% sales tax and a 4% lodging tax that total 8%

Teton room $125.00 plus $10.00 in taxes = $135.00
Teton and Shoshone room package $190.00 plus $15.00 in taxes = $205.00

We discount our room rates 10% for a stay of 3 days or more, this is now our only discount.

We do not have an official check in time. We pride ourselves on not having goofy policies; we think that you should enjoy your vacation and not have to worry about an arrival deadline. We know that you are coming and will be on hand to welcome you, give you a tour, and answer questions. We would be happy to make a dinner reservation for you or give you our best advice. We would certainly appreciate an estimated arrival time so we can watch for you. It would be better if you arrived before sunset as we are much harder to find after dark. Sunset is about 9 PM.

We require a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount with the remaining charges calculated on departure. If you are located within the States we will take the deposit by phone, if you are outside of the States we will do this by mail (post). We do not have a secure server to transmit credit card information over the Internet. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, traveler’s checks, and PayPal
Sorry, we are not set up for American Express.

We welcome families with children 12 years old and above. We will consider younger children with stunning parental supervision. Sorry, we do not allow pets. Smoking is permitted outside.

We will refund 100% of the deposit with a notice of 30 days or more. A cancellation of less than 30 days will forfeit all of the deposit; we will reschedule, transfer deposit to another person, or refund the deposit if we can rebook the room (highly unlikely). Because people who use B & B’s plan well in advance and because we post our room availability online a cancellation of less than 30 days will certainly result in the inability to rebook a room. Airline schedules and acts of nature are beyond our control.

• Map and driving instruction to our B & B
• Receipt of deposit if made by phone (States)

• Written confirmation letter. Dates will be posted on our online calendar and are guaranteed.
